This is the second part of the story dedicated to our recent trip to Hum (Istria) and this place was one of the reasons why I wanted to visit it. This monument complex commemorating Glagolitic heritage was erected in 1977 along the road from the places Roč to Hum (these pictures were taken on one spot from that line of monuments). It has the form of the Glagolitic letter S and it symbolizes the first Slavic script and the beginnings of the Slavic literacy.
While I was taking these photographs, Frida was running around like crazy and I think I can say that she enjoyed this part of the trip the most because it reminded her of the countryside back home at my grandparents place. There's nothing like the silence of the nature on a beautiful sunny day. Even though the heat was insane even though it was only 9 in the morning.
